Shopral is a service operated by SAMALIFE SARL (Immeuble Résidence Dr Dienne, Rue NG 96, Ngor Almadies, Dakar, Senegal). Shopral connects customers, merchants and couriers for ordering and delivering products. For any question about your data: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Account: first and last name, phone number, email, password (encrypted).
  • Orders: ordered products, delivery addresses, history, notes and reviews.
  • Location: your location (with your permission) to show nearby shops and calculate delivery fees.
  • Payment: we do not store your full card details; online payments are handled by secure providers.
  • Device & usage: device type, technical identifiers and — with your consent — a push notification token.

3. Why we use your data

  • Create and manage your account, and sign you in (by password or SMS code).
  • Process and deliver your orders, and keep you informed of their progress.
  • Calculate delivery fees and times based on your location.
  • Contact you (confirmation, tracking, support, password reset) by email or SMS.
  • Improve the service, prevent fraud and ensure security.

4. Sharing your data

Your data is shared only with the parties needed to fulfill your order: the relevant merchant, the assigned courier (name and delivery address for the duration of the trip), and our technical providers (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment). We never sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active, then for as long as necessary to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Communications with our servers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and passwords are stored in encrypted form. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Children

Shopral is not intended for people under 16 years of age.
